You should consult with the Administrative Manager about setting up a RONET account. This will enable you to check the amount of students enrolled in the classes you teach, submit midterm and final grades, and more. You can also get copies from the main office.

12. I have an advisor; does this mean he/she is automatically my committee chair?
Not necessarily. Your advisor is assigned to you before the beginning of your first semester to help guide you through your new start at the School. You are responsible for finding your own committee chair, but your advisor is certainly eligible, and will help you in the process of selecting one.

13. How do I put together a committee?
The best way to do this is to communicate! Talk to your advisor and class instructors to try to gauge their research interests and the research interests of other members of the College of Communication faculty. Try to see what professors best match up with your own research interests and talk to the relevant faculty members - they are here to help.

14. How do I know who is eligible to sit on a committee?
